Term Dates 2010-2011:

The payment structure is arranged for all our classes to cover the school terms so that the Coaches can plan their schedules according to the group and individual needs of the children.  Attendence therefore requires punctuality and excellent attendance.  It should be noted that we do not close for public holidays, school holidays or religious holidays (including Ramadan & Eid).

Term 1:              Sun 12th Sept 10 - Fri 17th Dec 10 (14 weeks)

Term 2:              Sun 9th Jan 11 – Fri 1st Apr 11 (12 weeks) 
                          
Term 3:              Sun 10th Apr 11 – Fri 24th Jun 11 (11 weeks) 

Term Fees and Conditions of Payment:

• Annual Registration fee 100 Dhs per child.
• Term fees must be paid (by cash only) in full within the first week of the commencement of Term.  Any gymnasts owing fees past this date will be not be admitted to any further training sessions until payment is received.
• Make-Ups: A maximum of 2 missed classes per term can be replaced if 24 hours notice is given by email and spaces are available in the program.  Make-up classes apply only to illness or travel related absences.
• No refunds under any circumstances
• Classes are not transferrable to other children
• Credit card payments are not accepted
• The Club is the hirer of the facilities it uses and hence takes no responsibility for loss of property, injury or maintainence of the facility.
